Players will be metaphorically “locked” in a room, and in order to fully enjoy the game it is recommended that players remain inside the room throughout the allotted time. However, for safety reasons the door is accessible throughout the game, and players may leave the room if necessary.
Escape rooms have themes and props to set a mood, but they are not haunted houses intended to scare players.
Depending on the room/theme, there may be actors inside, but they will not touch you. Similarly, any touching of the actors or disrespectful or malicious contact (verbal or physical) with them will result in your immediate disqualification from the game.
Escape rooms require brain power, not physical strength. At most, the activity will involve some squatting down to look under an object or to get a closer look at something. No climbing or heavy lifting is required.
If you reserve less than the full number of spaces for the room, there is a very high chance you will be placed with other people. To guarantee a room exclusively for your group, you need to purchase all of the spots in a timeslot.
Yes. Staff will provide hints as needed and/or upon request.
Escape rooms are challenging, so many players get close, but do not escape in time. At the end of the allotted time, the room will be unlocked and the solution explained. Please keep the solutions confidential so you do not spoil the experience for future players.

Yes. We are happy to accommodate single room private experiences, multiple room events, and team competitions. Private events include exclusive use of the room/rooms, and can even be held outside of regular business hours. A minimum of 10 ticket purchases are required to accommodate private bookings. Please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a personalized event for your group.
Recommended group sizes have been prepared based on the square footage of the room and puzzles involved. However, if you book the entire room, we will consider requests for an additional 1-3 players, so long as the room can accommodate the same. You simply reserve the room for the maximum number of people and pay for the extra guests with a credit card upon arrival.
It is recommended that players arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the scheduled time. In order to avoid disruptions once the game has begun, we cannot permit late arrivals. There are no refunds for late arrivals, so please plan accordingly.
In addition to the allotted time to play the game itself, players should expect a 15-20 minute briefing upon arrival to go over the rules of the game. Players may also stay for a short time after the game for team photos.
All you need to bring are your wits. The answers to the clues, riddles and puzzles are all in the room, and players can escape the room using basic logic, deductive reasoning, and teamwork skills.
No, players should simply wear comfortable clothing.

No, food or drinks are allowed in the escape room. In addition, it is recommended that alcoholic beverages are not consumed prior to participating in an escape room, as players will need all available brain power. We reserve the right to refuse entry to players who appear intoxicated.

Players are only permitted to take photographs/videos in the waiting room, not within the escape room itself. This policy ensures that the puzzles remain a mystery for future guests.
